Your purchase gives you a limited right to access and use the material for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property to you.
Heel Hero content must not be copied, reproduced, adapted, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, uploaded to another platform, used to create another product or service, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Sydney Heel Pain Clinic, except where permitted by law.
Account and access security
Where access to Heel Hero is provided through an account, email address, password, access link or other authentication method, you are responsible for keeping those access details secure.
You must not knowingly provide your access credentials to another person or allow another person to use your Heel Hero access.
We may suspend or restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of unauthorised sharing, misuse or a material breach of these Terms.
Availability and changes to Heel Hero
Heel Hero may be updated from time to time to improve its content, functionality, clinical explanations or user experience.
Sydney Heel Pain Clinic may modify, replace or remove individual parts of Heel Hero where reasonably necessary, provided this does not remove any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting, software, internet or other technical issues outside our reasonable control.
Third-party products, services and websites
Heel Hero may discuss or refer to footwear, equipment, healthcare services, imaging, treatment options or other products and services supplied by third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these references are provided for educational purposes and do not create responsibility for the availability, quality, suitability, pricing or performance of a third-party product, service or website.
Results and outcomes
Recovery from Achilles and posterior heel pain varies between individuals and can be influenced by diagnosis, duration of symptoms, activity levels, occupational loading, footwear, calf function, general health and other individual factors.

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If, after following the Heel Hero recovery pathway for 90 days, you have not experienced any meaningful improvement in your heel or Achilles symptoms, you may request a full refund of the purchase price paid for Heel Hero.
Structured footwear requirement
Appropriate structured footwear is an important part of the Heel Hero recovery strategy. To assess a claim under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, Sydney Heel Pain Clinic may ask you to provide evidence that appropriate structured footwear was used during the recovery period.
This may include:
- the make and model of the footwear;
- a photograph of the footwear; and
- reasonable proof of purchase, such as a receipt.
No other evidence of treatment completion or symptom improvement is required to make a claim under this guarantee.
When you can request a refund
A request under the 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee may be made after 90 days from the date of purchase.
If the requirements above are satisfied and you report that you have not experienced meaningful improvement, the purchase price paid for Heel Hero will be refunded in full.
Payments and refunds
Prices and payment terms displayed at the time of purchase apply to your Heel Hero order.
Refund requests made under the Heel Hero 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee will be assessed in accordance with Section 11 above.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any refund, remedy, consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sydney Heel Pain Clinic is not responsible for loss or damage arising from the use or misuse of Heel Hero, reliance on its educational information in circumstances requiring individual medical assessment, or the use of third-party products or services referred to within Heel Hero.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Heel Hero is operated by Sydney Heel Pain Clinic in New South Wales, Australia and may be purchased and accessed by customers in other countries.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable consumer protection law.
If mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, state or other jurisdiction apply to your purchase, those rights remain unaffected.
Changes to these terms
Sydney Heel Pain Clinic may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Heel Hero, our business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The date shown at the top of this page identifies the most recent version. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued to you or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or Heel Hero will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales, Australia, except where applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim in another jurisdiction.
